The Cylinder Leakage Detector is a high-precision safety unit developed to detect gas leaks in LPG cylinder valves after filling. Integrated into the chain conveyor, it operates automatically and serves as the final quality and safety checkpoint in the filling line.

During operation, cylinders are stopped automatically by a conveyor stopper. The detector head, guided by a centering mechanism, positions itself over the valve to test its tightness. Cylinders without leaks continue along the line, while those with leaks are automatically diverted to a special roller conveyor.

​

Using infrared sensor technology, the device reliably detects gas leaks at levels as low as 3,000 ppm. An automatic air circulation and discharge system prevents gas accumulation during repeated testing.

Data Management: All tested cylinder information and leakage test results are recorded in the central database and monitored in real-time through the ADTS (Advanced Data Tracking System). This integration ensures every leakage test is digitally logged and available for retrospective analysis.

The In-Line Leak Detection with Water Bath is a professional testing unit developed to detect gas leaks in the body and
valves of LPG cylinders with high accuracy. Filled cylinders pass through a water-filled test tank integrated into the chain
conveyor, where potential leaks are visually identified.

 

The system ensures full body and valve tightness testing and allows simultaneous testing of cylinders with different diameters. Built with galvanized steel construction, it provides durability under harsh conditions, while its compact design minimizes space requirements.

 

As cylinders move through the water bath, escaping air bubbles reveal leakage points quickly and reliably. This method
guarantees that all cylinders undergo 100% leak testing before dispatch, ensuring both product safety and workplace safety.
