The Tare Control Unit is a precision-focused measurement module designed to enhance filling accuracy in LPG filling plants. The system stops each cylinder using a sensor controlled stopper on the conveyor line. The operator inputs the tare (empty weight) value, which is then transmitted digitally to the filling scales.

When the cylinder reaches the assigned filling station, the entered tare value is recognized and the system calculates the net filling target accordingly. This ensures precise gas filling based on the specific tare value of each cylinder.

The Check Scale unit is a high-precision quality assurance system designed to automatically verify the weight of LPG cylinders after filling. Integrated into the chain conveyor line, this electronic weighing system evaluates each cylinder based on its target filling weight.

Cylinders within the acceptable tolerance range continue along the production line, while underfilled or overfilled ones are automatically detected and redirected to the Correction Scale unit for adjustment. This ensures 100% filling accuracy and minimizes human error.

Thanks to the system’s digital infrastructure, each cylinder’s tare data (from the Tare Control Unit) and filled LPG amount (from the filling scales) are transmitted to the central database. These are cross-checked with the actual weight measured by the Check Scale for full validation.

  • Cylinder Compatibility: Compatible with all LPG cylinder types

  • Capacity: 800 – 1800 cylinders/hour

  • Operation Mode: Automatic & Manual

Features

  • Automatic cylinder sorting system

  • Faulty cylinder detection and redirection

The Correction Scale unit is a highly precise correction system developed to ensure that LPG cylinders with underfilling or overfilling issues reach the correct weight value before dispatch. This semi-automatic unit is capable of performing both filling and vacuuming operations. It safely corrects weight-related errors in the filling process with operator assistance.

Fully integrated with the Check Scale unit, the Correction Scale manages the identification and routing of incorrectly filled cylinders. Cylinders flagged by the Check Scale are automatically transferred to the Correction Scale area via a diverter piston. The deviation amount (in grams) is simultaneously sent to the Correction Scale software.

The operator mounts the filling or vacuum head manually on the faulty cylinder. Based on the data received from the Check Scale, the software calculates the required amount of LPG to be added or vacuumed and initiates the operation. This intelligent control system enables quick and safe corrections, ensuring each cylinder meets the required filling standard before shipment.
