Pneumatic Control Sytem


Carousel filling is an alternative filling system for plant with low filling capacity. Conveyor and other filling equipment are suitable to be connected to the stand alone filling system. Production can be made in accordance with the desired design and capacity. After assembly, the filling capacity can be increased or decreased when desired.

LPG Cylinder LEAK Control
The Leakage test of the cylinders passing through the water-filled conveyorized pool is done by visual inspection.Leakge from the body or the valve can be detected. The galvanized steel pool is produced in sizes ranges between 6 m and 8 m.

Correction Scale
It is the final control scale. In case of any overfill or underfill, LPG the cylinder will be separated automatically by the separating piston to the Correction scale roller conveyor. The underfilled LPG cylinders are then refilled by the station operator.In overfilled cylinders, LPG is sucked in to ensure the correct weight of the cylinder. The excess lpg is sent back to the storage tanks. In this way, wrong fillings in the Cylinders are corrected.
